  • We want to make our Buyers aware of the condition of the products they are buying and therefore we have compartmentalized each of our products as below:

    New with Tags -Indicates Absolutely New with original Tags intact, (Unworn).
    New without Tags Indicates -New, but without Tags, (Unworn).
    Gently Used - As good as New, worn only a few times, but with care, in very good condition)

How do I pay?

  • What modes of payment do you accept?
  • Through ‘Razorpay’, our payment gateway partner, we have arranged to receive payments using Debit/Credit cards, Net Banking, various gateway wallets, UPI payments like BHIM, PhonePe, GPay, Amazon Pay etc. EMI options are also available for making payments above Rs 3000, if eligible. Users are requested to read all the T&Cs of various available options on ‘Razorpay’ before initiating payment.

  • What is the benefit of making a pre-payment for the products?
  • Kiabza offers a Pre-payment discount of 5%, up to Rs 100 for all upfront payments made using a Debit/Credit Card/Wallet/UPI Payment or Net Banking, except on Luxury Products like Bags etc. Users are benefited as apart from monetary savings, pre-payment orders are confirmed immediately and its deliveries are allotted top priority.

  • How long will it take for my order to arrive & How can I track my shipment?
  • It will normally take up to 3 to 5 working days for the items to reach you. However, your exact delivery status would depend on your location. You shall receive an email and a text message from us as soon as your orders are shipped. You shall also be able to track your shipment in your account on KIABZA by entering your order number

  • Who pays for shipping?
  • No shipping charges will be levied if the cart value exceeds Rs.1999/- for Pre-payments. However, If the cart value is below Rs.2000/-, a shipping charge of Rs.99/- along with GST would be applicable for Pre-payments and Rs.129/- for COD shipments and will be auto added to the total order/invoice value. Please refer to the given Return and Refund policy for further details. Shipping charges, however, are completely free for all Kiabza’s esteemed Platinum & Orange Elite Members.

How to Cancel & Return?

  • I want to cancel my order, what is the procedure for the same and when can I cancel?
  • You can cancel your placed order until it hasn’t been dispatched, by going to your Account and clicking on the cancellation link. You can check the status of your order on our website anytime. Once it has been dispatched from our warehouse you can only cancel the order after accepting the delivery and placing a return request.

  • How do I return an item?
  • To request for a return, please email us at or you can call us on our customer support number 8693881100 within two calendar days of the receipt of the shipment. You would have to quote your order number in order for us to help you. All Returns and Refunds are governed by our Company’s Cancellation, Return and Refund policy.     Users are requested to note that the ‘acceptable return period & policy’ for certain products may vary and therefore are advised to also refer to the product page for each product’s precise return period & policy so that they are not disappointed while placing a return request.

  • I requested for a return. When will I receive the refund and will there be any deductions?
  • After the returned product reaches back, you shall receive an email from Kiabza confirming your return and claim while also requesting you to send in your bank details to enable the refund to be electronically transferred to your account. However, in cases where the amount is Pre-paid, the refund would most likely be initiated using the same channel/mode. The refund would be made within 10 working days, for both, COD as well as Pre-payment transactions. Please note that the refund amount, in any situation, cannot be more than the amount received by KIABZA. In the case of partial returns or complete returns, if the net total order value, (after the return), falls below the minimum threshold of Rs.2000/- then the normal shipping charge of Rs.99/- per order for Pre-payment shipment and Rs.129/- for COD shipment, will become applicable on the said transaction and will be deducted accordingly from the Refund amount payable to the Buyer. The said policy, however, would not be applicable for our esteemed members like ‘Platinum Member’ and ‘Orange Elite Member’ as shipping charges are not applicable to them in the first place

  • Do you allow exchanges?
  • No, we do not allow exchanges for Thrift products. If you have placed an order and it’s not yet shipped, you can cancel the same and place a new order instead. However, if it’s shipped or delivered, you can request for its return and we can credit the refund amount to your rewards account with us which you can then use to order another product. However, all policies related to Returns & Refunds would apply automatically for the said transaction.

What are the modes of payment available?

We offer various modes for making payments. Razorpay is our Payment Gateway partner and through them we offer pre-payment facilities like Debit/Credit cards, Wallets, Net banking & EMI against Credit Cards. Cash on Delivery is also available for most pin codes, the Buyer just needs to check for his or her pin code to avail this facility. However, COD would only be applicable if the cart value is up-to INR 10,000.

How can one make use of the EMI option?

The Customer needs to click on the Razorpay option on Check-out to avail this facility. One needs to select the EMI option and enter his or her Credit card details and mobile number to see the various EMI offers from partner banks.

What is Kiabza’s Exchange, Return and Refund policy for Luxury products?

Exchange Policy - Kiabza doesn’t allow exchanges.

Return Policy - Kiabza has a ‘No Questions Asked’ return policy for the benefit of its customers. To request a return, customers can email us at or can call us on our customer support number within two calendar days of the receipt of the shipment. Refund Policy - After the returned product reaches us, you shall receive a confirmation email from our side confirming your return and refund. We shall request you to send in your bank details to enable us to electronically transfer the refund amount to your account if purchase has been made using COD mode. Refund for online payments, including EMI would be made through the original payment method. The refund would be initiated within 10 working days, for both, COD as well as Pre-payment transactions. A processing fee of 20% of the Invoice Value capped at a maximum of INR 1000 would be deducted while making the refund to recover incidental expenses on the transaction.

Yes, all our shoes are completely and thoroughly sanitized through our sanitization partners so you can wear and enjoy them as you receive them.

What is Kiabza’s Exchange, Return and Refund policy for Fashion products?

Exchange Policy - Kiabza doesn’t allow exchange’s. Return Policy – We don’t allow returns on shoes unless the product gets damaged in transit and only if one provides us with an unboxing video as evidence.
